Quejuan Henley, teen accused of July 4th robbery, is a disrespectful high school student who sleeps during class?

According to authorities, 18-year-old Quejuan Henley, who often spells his first name, "Que Juan," was part of a violent, black mob who harassed, frightened, and robbed citizens during the 2013 July 4th fireworks show on Chicago's lakefront.

Citing the Chicago Tribune, Henley, who stands about 6'4" and weighs a whopping 225 pounds, attacked a defenseless woman in an underpass near West Division Street and North Lake Shore Drive, around 9:40 p.m.

The towering coward wrenched a cell phone from the victim's hand and fled the scene... when the victim gave chase, an accomplice tripped the victim, causing the victim to injure her knee and wrist, said the Tribune.

At approximately 9:49 p.m., Henley - with apparently more brawn than brains - was arrested on the 1200 block of North Lake Shore Drive.

Information obtained by Chicago News Report indicates Henley is an overgrown high school student at Muchin College Prep, a Noble Network of charter schools, once praised by Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

While Emanuel once called the learning institution a model for the city, Henley's behavior at school has been anything but exemplary.

Information taken from the accused mugger's Facebook page suggests Henley has issues with authority, and has repeatedly disrespected his teachers and fellow classmates.

On March 8, 2012, Henley was accused of sleeping in class and being disruptive during Math.

Earlier that same year, Henley swore at a teacher after being informed he was receiving a demerit for breaking a school rule.

"That's some bullshit," said Henley, according to the school report.

From January 2012 to March 2012, the alleged July 4th robber reportedly fell asleep in class eight times.

And people wonder why the city is closing down schools in black neighborhoods.
