A 3-story building in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood erupted in flames early Tuesday morning.
The fire was reported at 2117 West Irving Park Road, between Hoyne and Hamilton Avenues, around 3:54 a.m.
Initial reports indicated the fire started on the back porch.
At 4:05 a.m., CTA buses traveling in the vicinity of the fire were temporarily rerouted, said police.
At the time of this report, no injuries or displacements were reported.
