41-year-old detective Richard A. Milz, who often goes by Rich Milz, was recently found guilty of disorderly conduct and ordered to undergo a sex offender evaluation, reported the Chicago Tribune.
On April Fool's Day 2011, Milz went into an insurance agency on the 1200 block of West Victoria, approached a female employee, and pretended to be a fireman, said the Tribune.
Then, the 41-year-old man reportedly changed into a pair of spandex pants and made lewd sexual references to his penis.
Milz was arrested twenty days later, on April 21.
When I opened my email this evening, I was shocked to find a link to a video of Milz.
Some time ago, Milz appeared in an episode of WTTW's restaurant critic show, "Check, Please!"
Too bad the "girls" in prison can't show him what lewd is:)

Deleteif the city is looking to save money why would they keep this guy working when hes already been found guilty of this crime. They could save $100,000 a year by doing the right thing and firing him

Thats right you were stripped of all Police powers, arrested and lied to your current wife about what you were doing for work, telling her you were working for Homeland security. What a shame a nice lady like her ended up with a fraud for a spouse. Lets not forget your conviction. Resign and do Chicago a favor.

I hope the Sex Offender Classes he has been ORDERED to attend by the Judge who found him guilty will prevent him from harming any females in the future.
