After her alleged encounter with law enforcement, 16-year-old Joycelyn Carter sees the Chicago Police Department in different light... a negative one.
Carter claims that she and her brother, who was visiting from Virginia, were pulled over during a routine traffic stop in Chicago.
Carter said the situation became unpleasant when she was patted down by male officers.
My brother said they wasn't supposed to check me. They were like, touchy, touchy. I was just uncomfortable, completely, said Carter.
The 16-year-old also said when her brother was told he was being hit with a $100 traffic ticket for failing to use his signal, her brother paid an officer in cash, but did not get a receipt.
(Insert sideways glance, here.)
Another ignorant lying nigger.

ReplyDeleteHeh.
What's the credibility here? Not much.
ReplyDeletebullshit. The driver would have taken the ticket and never paid it.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't put it pass the Police in this City, they always beateng on someone or taking something, Crook County!
ReplyDeleteSomeone wanted to "touchy, touchy" THAT fucking gorilla? Highly doubtful.
ReplyDeleteI don't see why she's even mad about it. They didn't beat her or falsely arrest her. They didn't plant any drugs on her. Apparently, all hey did was let her go with a $100 fine.
ReplyDeleteObviously there is no way to prove whether her brother paid the cops $100 or not. Any typical human would know you pay your ticket through the mail, or online, or etc. You don't just hand money to the officer that gave it to you...
Without that part, she has NOTHING to complain about. It is probably made up, either by her to get attention, or by her brother to get attention from her. She does not dispute making an improper turn, so wtf is she complaining about???
Finally, I would like to know if the ticket was ever paid. I bet they didn't pay the $100, and this is a scam to get out of that AND win the lottery...
