Someone using the screen name Andre Dmcg Curry uploaded a picture of a little girl with duct tape over her mouth and around her wrists and ankles.
"This is wut (sic) happens wen (sic) my baby hits me back," was printed above the jaw-dropping photo.
It appears the controversial image was added to Andre Dmcg Curry's profile back in July, but the incident gained national attention this month when the photo was published by several popular websites.
According to comments left on the TheDirty.com, the Chicago Police Department has launched an investigation.
Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is also looking into this incident.
Chicago News Report contacted Mr. "Curry" several times for his side of the story. So far, he hasn't returned our emails.
