According to police dispatch, a crook stole the tip jar from the Lakeview neighborhood Starbucks at 3184 North Clark Street, around 10:12 a.m.
The offender, who walks with a slight limp, was described as a male black and about 5’5”.
The suspect was wearing a black jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, with his pants sagging below his buttocks.
Initial dispatch reports indicated the crook was last seen near Ann Sathers at 909 West Belmont Avenue.
During their investigation, police stopped a man matching the suspect’s description at 3265 North Clark Street.
At 10:21 a.m., the suspect was positively identified as the man who stole the tip jar from Starbucks.
The suspect was placed under arrest.
This ghetto thug would probably steal the donations from a blind person. What are these parasites missing in their DNA that doing things like this is acceptable to them? Pathetic human beings!
