A North Side Chicago man was beaten and robbed blocks away from his home.
The robbery occurred on the 500 block of West Addison Street, near the corner of Addison and North Lake Shore Drive, around 1:53 a.m.
The victim was approached by an black man with “bushy eyebrows”, who punched him and stole his wallet.
The offender is in his thirties, approximately 5’10”, and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black ski hat, black jacket, and black pants.
Police said the victim’s wallet contained credit cards and a DePaul University I.D.
