Early Monday morning, two men robbed a gas station and walked away with thousands of dollars
.
Around 3 a.m., two black men armed with guns, robbed the CITGO gas station at 1535 West Grand Avenue in West Town.
Police said the thieves stole $2,000 from the register.
Both offenders were “neatly dressed” and wearing black jackets.
One suspect was wearing a headdress or a doo-rag on his head, a big gold earring in his left ear, light colored jeans, and dress shoes.
Prior to robbing the gas station, police believe the thieves may have been at Betty’s Blue Star Lounge at 1600 West Grand Avenue.
Surveillance footage showed the crooks running through an alley behind the CITGO as they made their getaway.
Both suspects are still at large.

I love it! "Neatly dressed" as opposed to pants hanging past their crack.
ReplyDeleteToo bad those "neat" clothes weren't accompanied by a neat attitude.
