CBS Chicago has published a really detailed article on the Halloween weekend shootings that left 5 people dead and 21 injured.

CBS Chicago: "Fear on Halloween is supposed to revolve around skeletons, ghosts and slasher costumes, but this past weekend, a rash of shootings put Chicagoans under a fear of real danger.
