23-year-old Gilberto Mojena was arrested in Miami, Florida.
He was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail on October 18, 2011, at 10:11 p.m. Florida time.
Mojena fled Chicago after the October 9, 2011, Northwest Side shooing at 4052 North Bernard Street in Albany Park.
26-year-old Jose Cisneros was killed and an 18-year-old man was wounded in the shooting.
Mojena, obviously feeling the heat of the long arm of the law, turned himself in to the Miami, Florida authorities.
The Chicago fugitive is expected to face first-degree murder charges.
All you gang members are child molesters. Worse than child molesters. I wish their was a registry for anyone enticing children to join a street gang.
