A woman on the 5800 block of North Ridge Avenue claims an unknown male attacked her.
According to police dispatch, the woman said a man knocked her down and tried to drag her into the bushes, but when she screamed, he ran away.
Although the 911 call originated from the 5800 block of North Ridge, it’s unclear where the purported crime actually happened.
The alleged offender was described as a black man with a dark complexion. He was reportedly wearing dark-colored clothing.
After this information aired over the police scanner, there were no further updates regarding this alleged crime.
Therefore, Chicago News Report cannot vouch for the accuracy of this complaint.
However, we decided to print this information, just in case this incident actually occurred.
