Police: Thief in pajama bottoms, 2 others, wanted in North Side Robbery

A robbery was reported in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighbor around 5:42 a.m.

The early Sunday morning mugging occurred on the 1300 block of West Touhy Avenue, near Touhy and Sheridan Road, said police.

Three black male teens stole the victim’s cell phone and $100, said police.

Investigators said all three suspects are approximately 5’5”.

One offender was wearing a yellow shirt; the second suspect was wearing blue checkered pajama pants; and the third thief was wearing a black shirt.

After the robbery, the crooks fled in an unknown direction.

The victim’s cell phone was eventually recovered, but the thieves held on to the cash, said police.

At the time of this report, the criminals were still at large.

  1. "pajama pants" says it all. The first thing ghetto thugs think about when they get out of bed is who their next victim will be, so much so, they don't even get dressed!
