Man robbed at knifepoint in Uptown
Police are investigating a 2:40 a.m. robbery on Chicago’s North Side.
The incident occurred on the 4900 block of North Sheridan Road near Sheridan and Ainslie, in the Uptown neighborhood, said police.
A black male suspect with shoulder-length dreadlocks, robbed a victim at knifepoint, said authorities.
The offender is 17 to 18-years-old, 5’5” to 5’6”, and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
The knife-wielding criminal is still at large.

"The knife-wielding criminal is still at large"...they seem to never get caught. Sure would be great to hear about the statistics of those that are caught. If they never get caught, they continue their life of crime because it's easy money.
ReplyDeleteWhatever happened to enforcing the "curfew" in this city? If the cops are driving by and see someone who looks young out on the streets after midnight, why can't they just ask to see their ID? If they're under the curfew age, they could send them home...wherever that is....and get one ghetto thug OFF the streets.
