A black woman wearing a black jacket and blue pants, left a one-year-old in a stroller at Wilson and Racine, said a concerned 911 caller.
After leaving the baby, the woman walked eastbound on Wilson to Broadway, said the complainant.
Shortly after authorities arrived, at 11:51 p.m., a Chicago Police Department supervisor was requested by officers at the scene.
At 12:08 a.m., police were trying to located a child’s car seat.
It’s unclear if officers made contact with the woman who reportedly abandoned the child.
What a sorry ass loser but at least this child MAY have a chance to grow up with respect and manners. Perhaps she did the best thing for this child but here's a thought, why don't these "spreader" use birth control? Sometimes I think China has the right idea!

I say ALL girls, boys too if it were possible, be put on a 10 year (at least) birth control once they hit puberty.
ReplyDeleteI know there's SO much involved, and it's a big can of worms, but if this is how things were, AT LEAST the high schools wouldn't need day care.
Another child was dropped off here today or yesterday...11 years old. How sad and pathetic is this. I thought there was an age limit on the safe havens?

towanda, I recall safe haven for babies, not eleven year olds. Perhaps, the 11 year old is a brat.
