Masked gunmen rob South Side grocery store

Police are looking for two thieves who robbed a South Side neighborhood store.

The robbery occurred around 8:23 p.m. at 1441 West 79th Street, near the intersection of 79th and Bishop Street.

Police said two men wearing masks, robbed the store at gunpoint.

One suspect was described as 5’8” and the other offender is approximately 5’10. Both men have medium builds.

After the robbery, the crooks ran southbound on Bishop Street towards West 80th Street.
