Suspects pull gun on man running to catch Blue Line

A man trying to catch a train at a CTA Blue Line subway station, caught the attention of two criminals, instead.

At 1:14 a.m., a man running to catch a train at the Logan Square “L” station at 2620 North Milwaukee Avenue, was accosted by two male Hispanics.

One of the men pulled a gun on the CTA passenger and asked him why he was running, said police.

One suspect was described as bald with a light complexion, 5'5" to 5'9", and was last seen wearing a blue, hooded jersey. The other offender was wearing a red shirt or sweater.

Police dispatch reports gave no indication the victim was robbed or injured.

Authorities are investigating.

  1. What? We're not allowed to run now? Only the scumbags can RUN like cowards after they rob innocent people? Only a GUILTY person would think someone running was coming after them.
