Is this place an SRO? These type of drug infested buildings can be shut down with documentation, pictures of dealers dealing, prostitutes doing their "thang" and comings & goings of know bangers. Residents in ALL communities NEED to become proactive in their neighborhoods to run the scum out, if they don't, than don't bitch. Use those fancy IPHONES everyone has and get the picture! Don't just bitch on a website, do something to change the situation!
