RP is becoming a gang infested "OK CORRAL" shoot out area. The CPD is so totally outnumbered by these lowlife, bottom feeding ghetto thugs is sad. It's one of the reasons that EVERY neighborhood use their eyes and ears to help the police. If you hide behind closed doors, these ghetto thugs will take over your neighborhood. The CPD cannot do it all.
