January, 28, 2011 --- Around 11:20 p.m., a thief on a bicycle snatched a woman's purse on Chicago's northwest side.
The robbery occurred near 2700 West North Avenue, near the intersection of West North and Fairfield Avenues, in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood.
The offender was described as a Hispanic man with a dark complexion and a mark or blemish on one side of his face. He is approximately 20-years-old and has a medium build. The suspect was last seen riding a red and silver, or red and chrome bike.
Authorities said the crook stole the victim's purse containing a cell phone and $16.00.

ReplyDeleteTowanda, last night I was watching a crime show on cable. They showed video of thieves on motorcycles, robbing passengers as they got off the bus. The crime happened overseas.
