The woman who was found in an Evanston driveway with a gunshot wound to her abdomen, is refusing to press charges against her alleged shooter.
Police believe they found the man responsible for the October 18, 2010, shooting on the 1700 block of Dodge Ave., but the victim is refusing to cooperate.
Although authorities could proceed with the charges, it is unlikely the suspect would be convicted without the victim's assistance.
