Woman Carjacked in West Rogers Park

 UPDATE:  A woman was carjacked in an alley behind the 2600 block of West Fitch Avenue. The vehicular hijacking occurred around 6:58 p.m.

Taken at gunpoint was a brown, two-door Lexus with the license plate number 9282246. The thieves were last seen driving westbound on Fitch Avenue.

Police say there were two offenders.

The first suspect was described as an African-American man wearing a black hoodie, 18 to 20-years-old, approximately 5'9", and 160 lbs. The second suspect was a Hispanic man wearing a white sweatshirt, 18 to 20-years-old, and about 5'4". 

The victim's purse, as well as other personal items, were in her car when it was stolen.

    W. Fitch would put the 'incident' in West Ridge, NOT Rogers Park.
