FEATURED STORY A Chicago Bears fan fell to his death during a game at Soldier Field. The man has been identified as 23-year-old Stuwart Haverty.
The incident occurred around 5 p.m., and Haverty was pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, around 5:24 p.m.
Initially, police evidence technicians were having a difficult time determining where he actually fell. Eventually, it was determined Haverty fell 20 to 50-feet from an upper-level at the stadium, and landed on a lower-level, outside of the stadium.
Some people are speculating Haverty committed suicide. According to witnesses, he didn't fall - he jumped.
At 8:22 p.m., Chicago police evidence techs were sent to Northwestern Memorial Hospital to photograph Haverty's body.
