We all know how busy downtown Chicago is. Especially during rush hour. But even the presence of thousands of potential witnesses, won’t deter some criminals.
Around 6:35 p.m., a man reportedly tried to steal a bike near the Chicago Cultural Center, located at 78 E. Washington Street, in downtown Chicago.
Police caught the suspected bike thief near the building’s Washington Street entrance.
As he was being taken into custody, the man could be heard screaming and yelling at the officer.
