UPDATE In what's being described as a brutal, possibly drug-related crime, a woman and 2 children were shot to death in a Harvey, Illinois apartment complex at 305 West 151st Place.
Police say a total of 4 people were shot, but a 4-year-old boy survived.
The shooting victims have been identified as 28-year-old Donysha Stovall (seen on the left in a Facebook photo), 9-year-old Clarisma Torrey, and 17-year-old Shaquille Davis. The 4-year-old, who survived his injuries, was Stovall's son.
Based on the information on Stovall's Facebook page, she graduated from Simeon Career Academy high school on Chicago's south side, in 2000. She was in college and had recently completed a mid-term exam.
Chicago News Report spoke with Wanda Andrews, one of Stovall's co-workers, and here is what she had to say, "I was a co-worker of hers, my condolences to her Family. She was always full of life and talked about her kids a great deal. She'll be missed dearly!"
Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who loved Donysha, Clarisma, and Shaquille.

We had something similar happen in Boston recently. HOW do you kill a child for drug money? Just no soul whatsoever. Money in this society is more sacred than people. Very, very sad.
