Woman's wallet stolen at Near North Side bar
A customer’s wallet was reported stolen at a Near North Side Chicago bar and eatery.
According to investigators, the theft occurred around 6:05 p.m., at Melnick's Corner Tap, 41 East Superior Street.
A black female offender with a masculine appearance, in the company of a another female black, snatched a customer’s wallet and fled the scene, said police.
The manly female suspect was wearing a bright green puffy jacket and her female partner was wearing a white jacket, said police.
Police said the victim lives in another state and the stolen wallet contains her ID, gift cards, and cash.

ReplyDeleteBack the early 90s, I was jumped at Clark Street and Chicago Avenue. It was 4 against 1, and they still couldn't handle me. LMAO!
ReplyDeleteThey kept trying to take my shoes... and I kept kicking them in the face. The only person who stopped to help me was a woman who was driving by!
