Chicagoans who abandoned their vehicles on Lake Shore Drive during the blizzard of 2011, should dial 311 for assistance.
From there, someone should be able to tell you which pound/lot has your car.
According to the Chicago Police Department, the owners of the vehicles left on Lake Shore Drive, will not be charged any fees.
Police are working diligently to compile a comprehensive listing of all the cars towed from Lake Shore Drive. Officers are also trying to keep track of which vehicles are being removed from the pound, as well.
