If you were downtown on the 100 block of South Michigan Ave., around 11: 32 a.m., and you were wondering why police cars were swarming Citibank, we have the answer.
Police were contacted after a desk hold up alarm was activated at 100 S. Michigan Ave.
When police arrived, they were told a child got behind the desk and accidentally triggered Citibank’s hold up alarm.
