Around 6:21 p.m., a burglary was reported on the 4700 block of North Wolcott Avenue, near Wolcott and Leland Avenues, said authorities.
Initially, the thieves were described as a male white and a male black, but police later changed the description to two male blacks.
An eyewitness saw the crooks load a huge flat screen TV, covered with a blanket, into a white conversion van with a gray stripe on it, said investigators.
The van has a possible license plate of L645818 and the vehicle is registered to a West Side address on the 1100 block of South Kedzie Avenue, said police.
Anyone with more information on this crime, should contact the police, immediately.
All throughout the north side violent crime and property crime is going up. What is this mayor and city going to do for the working class of Chicago? There are less police officers patrolling the north side so guess where the criminals are going to find their prey? All of this pisses me off.
