At approximately 4:08 p.m., a 911 caller reported a man calling for help on the 5000 block of North Sheridan Road, near Sheridan and Argyle.
The victim was using a walker, said police.
According to investigators, a short black woman wearing a blue coat robbed the victim.
A male black wearing a red jacket was with the female offender when the robbery occurred, said authorities.
After the incident, witnesses saw the thief and her accomplice run into an apartment building at 4946 North Kenmore Avenue.
UPDATE: At 4:36 p.m., police stopped a possible offender at Sheridan and Lawrence. Another possible suspect was being detained in the back of a police car.

ReplyDelete.....and don't forget them trying to annihilate any male in a "suit and coat" (that just happens to be going to WORK) but only after trying to get in their suit pants (not happening).....then, yeah, it's on to worrying about moldy/rat/roach infested buildings that need to be torn down. One of those social workers should be "working" on their gay brother in Lakeview that fights with his new Sanchez while breaking out windows at 1am (after a case or two of Miller Lite of course).
