A woman’s purse was taken during a robbery in Chicago’s West Ridge, West Rogers Park neighborhood, said police.
The incident happened near the intersection of West Rosemont and North Fairfield Avenues, around 8:17 p.m.
Citing preliminary police dispatch reports, the offender stole the victim’s purple purse.
The thief was described as a skinny, male Hispanic with a light complexion.
The suspect is believed to be in his 20s, about 5'5", and was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt.
At the time of this report, the crook was still at large.
