According to an unconfirmed police dispatch report, someone had been “cut”.
Information was not forthcoming, because the 911 operator had a hard time understanding the 911 caller, said police.
Police later confirmed that they were investigating a “stabbing”.
The offender was described as a male Hispanic, 19 to 20-years-old, wearing all black clothing.
The suspect was last seen running northbound on Halsted Street.
The victim was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital in stable condition.
UPDATE: A source said the victim sustained a laceration to the right side of his.
This was a given. Keep us abreast of the others.
ReplyDeleteIs this was Gay Blacks from the south side do? Stab each other? There's been alot of violence since the Black Mohawk Homos started showing-up.
ReplyDeleteYes, and the Mexican's with the Pele' Pele' wear that was the bomb in Detroit about 20 years ago.
ReplyDeleteIf they'd quit catering to them around there, it would solve the problem. Meanwhile, those businesses (ALL of them) have lost my business until they man-up and address their issues rather than just stand behind counters and collect cash. And I have gray temples but have to show an i.d. at that 7-11 to by cigarettes - in the afternoon - while they've got people suckin' down 6-packs in their parking lot. It's really a hoot there. I have no respect for it whatsoever.
They're not going to be able to prop up that area with a broomstick much longer.
