Gary, Indiana - Approximately 17 hours ago, 16-year-old Aarion Teri Lee Mosley was posting messages on Facebook. Now he's probably wondering if he'll be able to post bail.
Aarion Mosley has been charged in the August 13, 2011, rape of a 68-year-old homeless woman at the Miller South Shore Line station on the 5800 block of East Dunes Highway, near East Dunes Highway and Lake Street in Gary, Indiana.
The woman went inside the shelter to escape the rain, said the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District police.
Investigators have video of a suspect, presumably Mosley, riding a bike to and from the crime scene.
Authorities said the 16-year-old pulled a BB gun and sexually assaulted the senior citizen in the train station. Then he causally rode away on his bike, said police.
Mosley was apprehended after an officer reviewed additional surveillance footage, and recognized the teen from a prior arrest, reports the Chicago Tribune.
Monday, August 22, 2011, the 16-year-old rape suspect was arrested at Gary's Lew Wallace High School, where he is a sophomore.
According to Patricia Mosley, Aarion Mosley's mother, Monday was also Aarion's deceased grandmother's birthday.
A young girl on Facebook, who referred to herself as Mosley's wife, had this to say about her alleged boyfriend's rape charges:
"I can't believe you did some BS like that. I'm still in disbelief. Wow! I can't even think straight and I can't even sleep knowing about this. This sh*t is crazy. Why didn't you warn me?"
Then she added, "I never thought he would do some BS like that. I was wondering why he wasn't answering his phone."
Potential DNA evidence is still being analyzed, said the Tribune.

Does Indiana have the death penalty? This degenerate needs to be taken out of the gene pool!
ReplyDeleteYes. Indiana has a death penalty. But, I believe it only applies to murder, and even then, there are certain factors that must be considered before the death penalty is put on the table.
ReplyDeleteToo bad, this is without a doubt a heinous and despicable criminal act that merits the harshest of punishments.
ReplyDeleteAre those 4 corner hustlers signs?
ReplyDeleteAnd while admirable that his sister is sticking up for him on FB (family over all right?? ha.), I question her conclusion that this is all because its "sum dumazz white bitch." Because you know, rape is somehow not so bad, depending on the victim's race.
ReplyDeleteCastrate this scumbag
ReplyDeleteThought process on this? "Yeah, I've got a young hot girlfriend, but day-ayum! Check out dat Golden Girl! Schwing!"
ReplyDeleteNow he will be getting raped where he is going! GOOD.
ReplyDeleteThose are "rakes" he's throwing up---->Gangster Disciple hand signs with the "peace sign" V Vice lord sign being thrown down
ReplyDeleteFunny the mention of the gene pool here, Indiana passed the first compulsory sterilization law of the 20th century in the USA back in 1907.
ReplyDeleteNo,the signs means that He will open his legs like in the right hand and then 4 other prisoners (shown in left hand)will do to him what He did to that old lady.
ReplyDeleteThat's harsh when your "boyfriend" would rather rape a 68 year old homeless woman
ReplyDeleteIf convicted in a court of law, they should sterilize his entire family just to be sure.
ReplyDeleteso basically, as of the time of this article the only confirmed evidence against that this 16-year-old boy raped a 69-year-old woman is that a police officer identified him from a surveillance video? (ignoring the irrelevant and inadmissible ridiculousness taken from his facebook page, of course, which this blog seems to think passes for investigative journalism.)
ReplyDeleteIs anyone else skeptical that the video surveillance cameras at a public train station are high tech enough to support a postive ID? Apparently not, since you all seem to think that alone is enough to convict. DNA evidence isn't even in yet and folks are ready to castrate, sterlize and execute him. Disgusting.
If he did this terrible thing, it's a tragedy and deserves a proper response. But for the time being can we at least recognize that there is still an "if" in the equations?
He did not do f**ked up s**t so much goes on in gary the only reason y they goin after him is because the police picked him up for breaking into a car so they figure y not. This young man had to many good things going on and everyone who knows had good things to say about. Only trouble people do stuff like that a its clear to see he was not a trouble person...sweetheart keep yo head up and kno that god has the last say..you and your family in my prayers.
