Oprah, Whoopi Interview; Cast of Color Purple Reunites 25 Years Later
From left to right: Desreta Jackson ("young Celie"), Akosua Bosia ("Nettie"), Rae Dawn Chong ("Squeak), Whoopi Goldberg ("Celie"), Oprah Winfrey ("Sofia"), Danny Glover ("Mister"), Quincy Jones, Margaret Avery ("Shug") and Willard Pugh ("Harpo").
During Monday's show, Oprah and View co-host, Whoopi Goldberg, will clear the air regarding a purported, longstanding feud between the two entertainment giants. Although I can't remember Oprah ever saying a harsh word about Whoopi, I do recall Whoopi saying that Oprah asked President Obama a "dopey" question during a 2009 interview.
During the second half of the show, the cast of The Color Purple will reunite for the first time in 25 years.
