The robbery occurred around 5:50 p.m.
Police say two African-American men, approximately 16-years-old, forcibly stole a CTA passenger’s cell phone.
One teen was wearing a black coat and the other was wearing red coat. Both offenders were described as skinny and no more than five-feet-tall.
