Man Robbed in Irving Park Neighborhood After Woman Offered Him Sex

A man stopped police near the intersection of West Irving Park Rd. and North Kedzie Ave., around 3:45 a.m. He told the officers he had been robbed by 3 assailants, 15 minutes earlier.

According to the robbery victim, he was accosted by a white female with blond hair, wearing a black sleeveless t-shirt. While she was propositioning him with sex, 2 male suspects attacked him from behind.

The victim described one of the male offenders as a white, Hispanic. The suspect was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and his hair was styled in a short, multicolored Mohawk. The victim said the offender spoke Spanish and English. The complainant could not describe the second male suspect.

Taken at knifepoint, was a silver cell phone and a purple wallet with $200 dollars inside it.

After the robbery, at least two of the suspects were spotted at a local Golden Nugget restaurant, at 4229 West Irving Park Rd. Police say the thieves probably paid for their meal with the victim’s money.
