Some time after 2 .p.m., a Chicago police officer’s home was burglarized.
The crime occurred on the 7300 block of South Troy Street, in Chicago's Chicago-Lawn neighborhood.
At 2:58 p.m., officers announced three suspects were taken into custody on the 7300 block of South Washtenaw. Reportedly, at least one of the suspects is a minor.
An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen from the home, but was later recovered.
