3 Children Home Alone During Home Invasion

3 children were home, alone; when someone kicked in their back door.
Police arrived on the 6900 block of South Emerald Ave., to find 3 frightened children: a 3-year-old, a 12-year-old, and a 14-year-old.
No adults were home at the time of the crime.
The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m.
No injuries were reported, no description of the suspect(s) was provided, and no one is in custody.
