At 4:42 p.m., a child was reported missing on 5000 block of South Kedzie Ave., on Chicago’s southwest side. Upon further investigation, I discovered the child went missing from a Chuck E. Cheese, located at 5030 S. Kedzie Ave.
The restaurant's surveillance footage showed the 3-year-old boy leaving the eatery by himself.
Around 5:20 p.m., an officer on the scene announced that the toddler was found hiding inside the restaurant.
