Citing preliminary police communications, the victim, whom police made contact with in Edgewater, was robbed downtown and possibly sexually assaulted.
According to an investigating officer, the victim may have been drugged.
Authorities did not say where the alleged robbery and sex crime occurred.
The so-called victim was transported to Weiss Memorial Hospital.
An eyewitness said the patient seemed “really out of it.”
