Around 6:16 p.m., several citizens reported shots fired on the 4400 block of North Magnolia Avenue, near Magnolia and Montrose.
An initial report indicated someone was shot… authorities said the report was unfounded.
According to an eyewitness, the shooters were two black males in a silver minivan or a SUV, and a Hispanic male in a gray Chevy Impala.
Citing police dispatch reports, the Impala may have been involved in an earlier shooting at 4759 North Sheridan Road.
No further details are available.
It's funny that when it's a lot of white people living in an area, there just isn't violence waiting to erupt at any moment.
