VIDEO: Bat takes Metra train to Hyde Park

A frighten bat, trapped on a Metra Electric train, sent hysterical passengers running for cover.

In a 25-seconds-long video posted by YouTube user Robbbroome, horrified commuters on a 3:45 p.m. train to Hyde Park, were filmed screaming and swatting at a small red bat, as it flew from one end of the train to the other.

Luckily for the webbed-winged-creature, Robbbroome was able to capture it and safely remove it from the train.

  3. I'm glad the bat was safely removed, without harm. That being said, the bat was far less disruptive than the average nig. It also receives no welfare.
