Cops: Man flashes woman, children in West Rogers Park

A man exposed his penis to a woman and her children in Chicago’s Far North Side West Ridge, West Rogers Park neighborhood, said police.

Around 10:35 p.m., a woman on the 2100 block of West Touhy Avenue, near Touhy and Bell, reported a man for allegedly masturbating outside her car.

The suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall white male in his 20s with short brown hair.

The offender was wearing a white T-shirt and dark-colored, possibly blue, sweatpants cut off at the knees, said police.

According to the complainant, the offender fled the scene and ran into an apartment building on the 2200 block of West Touhy Avenue.

At 10:55 p.m., a responding officer said the building where the suspect was allegedly hiding was secure and they couldn’t get in.

About four minutes later, police checked the license plate on car parked outside the West Touhy Avenue address.

The car was registered to a man who lives at the same address.

As of 11:20 p.m., it was still unclear if police made contact with the suspect.
