28-year-old George Zimmerman, the admitted shooter of Florida teen, Trayvon Martin, is in police custody... he has been charged with 2nd degree murder.
According to CNN, Martin left the state of Florida for safety reasons, but returned when he realized State Attorney Angela Corey was filing charges against him.
Zimmerman's second-degree murder charge carries a maximum sentence of life without parole and a minimum sentence of 25 years without parole.
If Zimmerman is found guilty, he may be placed in protective custody, because he is clearly one of the most hated men in America.

Now, I wonder which of the two is it:
- Gang-related violence that just spilled over from Uptown (since Irving Park is at the boundary of the 2 neighborhoods, anyway)
OR
- Some thugs that wanted to terrorize Lakeview residents and did a drive-by at that location on purpose. They're getting bolder and more confident every week. Our understaffed police simply cannot contain them all and the thugs are realizing they can do this sh*t and get away with it. Summer is starting to look really bad...

The 911 calls are not only incontrovertible proof that Zimmerman was the aggressor, it proves Zimmerman's intent to make sure Trayvon Martin didn't get away, by any means necessary.
Angela Corey knows she has a solid second degree murder case, that's why she filed those charges.
Zimmerman is going down in flames and when his miserable life is over, I hope he burns in hell!

After searching for your child for 3 days, you later find out your child's lifeless body has been laying in a morgue with a John Doe tag on his toe. Then, the story that led to his death is explained to you. Your unarmed child was shot in the back by a man claiming selfdefense. You know your child is not confrontational so you know there is no way that story can be true. You listen to the 911 tapes and you hear your child screaming HELP ME!!! at the top of his lungs. Not only can you hear the terror in his voice, naturally, you can feel it. Then you hear the fatal gun shot and his cry for help is silenced. - "I'll be right back"- turned into never coming back, never seeing him smile, never hearing his voice again. What if it were your child .... Wouldn't you want your child's murderer arrested? Take a moment and REALLY think about it.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely correct. Unfortunately, the state has sovereign immunity & canbe held responsible for arresting & chargin Zimmerman simply to appease a bloodthirsty black mob.
Well, if you live in the city, especially near a lot of blacks, or in nice areas they'll target for looting when they riot upon his acquital (like Mag Mile area or maybe even work in the loop), I would suggest you start preparing now to protect yourself.

ReplyDeleteDNA of people from caucasian origins (i.e. "white people" and some other groups) is not "primarily comprised of recessive genes". That's the dumbest thing I've read in this blog. There are no recessive genes or dominant genes. They're called "alleles". Plus, "dominant" and "recessive" are two operationally defined terms in genetics that only have to do with how alleles interact with one another. It has nothing to do with being "powerful" genes or "weak genes".
My comment might have sounded ambiguous. What I meant to say in the first sentence is that caucasian DNA does not have more recessive genes (or alleles, the right term) than other ancestral groups.

Originally he was not charged because there was not enoughj to charge him, but big mouth spoke to the prosecutor against advise of counsel and probabaly gave up some little morsel they will now crucify him with. What a moron! He was doing good but just could not keep his mouth shut! He's got no one to blame but himself.
