A victim’s purse was snatched in Chicago’s Boystown, Lakeview neighborhood late Saturday night, said police.
The strong arm robbery occurred around 11:17 p.m. at the corner of North Halsted Street and West Aldine Avenue.
The thief, a male black in his 20s, was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
The crook fled the scene eastbound on Aldine.
About 45 minutes later, a victim was robbed at the corner of West Cornelia and North Wilton Avenues in Wrigleyville, said police.
Investigators said two male black teens stole the victim's iPad.
At 3:17 a.m., a complainant was beaten and robbed on the 3500 block of North Halsted Street, near Halsted and Cornelia, according to police dispatch reports.
The offender, who was described as a male black in his 20s with short hair and a light complexion, was wearing a gray sweater with a red horizontal stripe.
Police are still investigating all three robberies.
If Obama had a song, he would look like this criminal. Hmm, I tend to think Obama will regret playing that race card the next 65,000 crimes that are committed by young black males with hoodies.

Tell them of the failure of subsidised housing, how the people were supposed to assimilate into the rea but instead they turned it into the area they left. Tell them u want the HUD budget cut so that there is only enough for seniors,vets and people with mental and physical disabilities. This will force the CHA to reduce the number of vouchers and sell their buildings to private companies. The baby mamas who are the beneficiaries of subsidised housing have criminal relatives and boyfriends that target the area and they also live with them.

ReplyDeleteSo glad I don't live in Chicago anymore but I do feel awful for those of you who have to deal with looking over your shoulder in fear of getting attacked by a Black thug. When I lived in the city, that was not going on. It was a great city to live in.
