Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson: 'Black people need to be put on a plantation'

Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson has a plan for "lazy" black people.

Most African Americans scoffed when Republican Newt Gingrich floated the idea that young black children need jobs in order to develop a strong work ethic.

Gingrich, who has been accused of using racist rhetoric to appeal to his base, suggested poor minority students be hired as janitors to clean up their own schools.

The mere suggestion nearly gave the entire black blogosphere a massive stroke. No pun intended.

However, Gingrich's progressive message resonated with one black man in particular: Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson, a devoted Tea Party member.

If you follow Peterson's logic, Gingrich's plan doesn't go far enough.

When asked what he thought about Gingrich's exchange with moderator Juan Williams during Monday's Republican presidential debate on FOX, Peterson said, "One of the things that I would do is take all black people back to the South and put them on the plantation so they would understand the ethic of working. I'm going to put them all on the plantation. They need a good hard education on what it is to work."

"People don't want to hear the truth," added Peterson.

  1. Amen to that brother! Of course, the very word "plantation" will also give them a heart attack because they really don't want to hear the truth, not even from one of their own, but they would sure learn what hard work is. Amazing that an black american would make that comment, though I'm sure many educated hard working black americans feel the same way but are just afraid to say it.

  4. I can't have any respect for any preachers or "social workers" whose only qualification is the belief in an invisible superbeing that controls our lives, instilled us with powerful desires yet tells them NO! Do not indulge them. God is a prick if you ask me.

  6. What?
Think about it. If people express belief in a unknown force that controls their lives and talk or pray to it without it answering back, they are usually labeled with mental illness.
Unless...it's Jesus, Mohammed, G-D, or one of the approved delusions.
    There's really no difference.
If God wants me to believe in him, he'd better send Jesus or another kid of his and have him/her talk to us while we have all these cool recording devices. And it's going to take more than a "burning bush" to impress us this time around.
Otherwise, it's crap and you know it.

  7. And after a thug kills a few babies he can get Jesus to forgive him during his stay in prison.

  8. Poor Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson. He is quite unattractive; actually, the man is butt ugly. He lashes out at other blacks because he knows that he looks like a cave with eyes. He would give his left kidney to have a white woman adore him.

Is this guy healthy? Look at those eyes. Glossy, crack-head like spectacles aren't they? I can't imagine how bad his breath must smell. Even at his age, white women still grab their purses when they see him. Even black women grab their purses. This guy is hurting and now thinks he should hurt other blacks. He is the best kind of coon there is.

  9. He is right. The nigs were much better off when they lved on plantations. They all need the white man to feed and house them to this day...and they behaved better when they got a good whippin for acting up.
