Officers responding a domestic disturbance at a West Ride, West Rogers Park neighborhood condominium were apparently forced to use a taser.

Wednesday, at 11:20 p.m., a 911 caller reported a “loud altercation” at 6134 North Seeley Avenue on Chicago's Far North Side.

According to a police dispatch report, a man and a woman were fighting inside one of the condo units.

At 11:27 p.m., a responding officer deployed his taser.

At 11:28 p.m., authorities requested an ambulance.

Approximately 16 minutes later, police also requested shackles.

An unconfirmed police dispatch report indicated a female subject was tasered and transported to Illinois Masonic Hospital.

No further details are available.
