Around 5:50 p.m., an armed robbery was reported at the Clinton Blue Line station at 426 South Clinton Street.
The offender was described as a male black, 20 to 25-years-old, with a thin build.
The suspect was wearing a black puffy coat, a black hat, black shoes, and blue jeans with a graphic on one of the back pockets.
During the robbery, the thief brandished a handgun and stole $60 from the victim, said police.
Several minutes after the Blue Line robbery, a Greyhound security guard reportedly told police that he saw someone matching the offender’s description walking northbound on Des Plaines Street from Harrison.
At the time of this report, the suspect was still at large.
I have my own gun now and I don't hold it sideways like a retard, if you try to rob me I'm shooting your dick off.
ReplyDeleteWhat's with this spate of blacks committing all these armed robberies, shooting people left and right? Is it a new black cultural trend, like sagging pants with dirty underwear sticking out?
ReplyDeleteThere was a second armed robbery later that night at about 1AM (Jan 1, 2012) on the blue line near Cicero.
ReplyDelete@ 805am - and don't forget the 17 year old girl that got fingered by that nasty old parolee on the blue line last night!
