Ravenswood pizza delivery driver robbed at gunpoint in Lakeview


A Ravenswood neighborhood pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in Chicago’s Lakeview community, said police.

Around 11 p.m., a delivery driver for Chicago’s Pizza, 1919 West Montrose Avenue, was mugged at 3323 North Paulina Street, said police.

The offenders were described as two male blacks.

The gunman, who was armed with a black handgun, is approximately 5’11” and 23 to 27-years-old. He was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.

His accomplice is about 6’2” and 32 to 35-years-old. He was wearing a black cap, a black sweater, and black pants.

The thieves stole close to $100 and a cell phone from the delivery driver, said police.

No arrests have been made.

Police are investigating.
