According to authorities, a victim was robbed at gunpoint at 930 West Dakin Street; a half a block away from the Uptown, Lakeview neighborhood border.
Two black male suspects, one of them dressed like a woman, stole the victim’s book bag containing several items, said officials.
Both offenders were wearing dark-colored clothing.
The cross-dresser or transsexual, was wearing a long, black wig, said the victim.
Earlier this year, in June, investigators said two men dressed in woman’s clothing tried to rob a woman on the 3600 block of North Pine Grove, near Pine Grove and Patterson.
The suspects sprayed the woman in the face with a chemical agent and tried to take her purse, said police.
I bet that this happens a whole lot more than we think. How many people will tell the police that they were robbed by a transsexual? That whole neighborhood is full of pimps, whores, trannnys and jackrollers.

Ummmm, it's called a disguise. A "long black wig" does not a transexual make. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if these ghetto thugs are using that new wig thing as a disguise to throw innocent victims off. It did not say had a dress on, had heels on, had boobs or was even dressed in feminine attire..it said "long black wig". I can't even tell you how many wigs I see that shouldn't be on the person wearing them. Doesn't make them a transexual, it just means someone should call the fashion police:)

ReplyDeleteWith the amount of "tourists" visiting "Boystown", I predict someone from a state which isn't accustomed to the invasion of personal space here (not to mention the crime)will be a target, pop a cap right in the vicinity of one of the busier establishments resulting in them shutting down for a month or two, and then some immediate, appropriate action will be taken.
