Woman falls from 3-story Rogers Park apartment

According to police dispatch, a woman fell from the roof of a three-story apartment building in Rogers Park.

The incident occurred at 6800 North Wolcott Avenue, around 3:30 a.m.

An ambulance was called to the rear of the large courtyard building.

In reference to the injured woman's condition, an officer at the scene said the victim “did not look good”.

It’s unclear how the woman fell from the roof, or what she was doing before the incident occurred.

  1. Well, it does look good. I'm alive. I'm going to be ok. As for what I was doing up there... what I had been doing. I was being myself where no one would bother me. That particular night I was carelessly trying to jump from one roof onto another. It was stupid; I wouldn't recommend anyone partake in this activity even if everything in the world seems impossible at the time. I got lucky.
